The hotel was really close to the slope, making it super convenient for skiing enthusiasts. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the city center of St. Michael, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and provided great service, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The rooms offered a great view, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Lastly, the breakfast served was tasty and satisfying.
All in all, everything was satisfactory and met our expectations.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The gondola was only a 5-minute walk away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an enormous ensuite shower room and separate toilet. Boiling your own eggs at breakfast was a nice touch, and the toaster facility was convenient. The restaurant food was good and great value for money, as was the wine. The housekeeper was polite and attentive, and the location was close to the slope, bus stop, and city center of St. Michael.
For us, it was ideal.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay! The breakfast options were impressive and included a station for boiling eggs which was a fun way to start the day. The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk to the slopes and bus stop, and only a 10-minute walk to the town center. The cherry on top was the cozy sauna which was perfect after a day out in the cold.
Although overall our stay was lovely, we had a few frustrations. The housekeeping could have been more thorough as we ran low on bathroom supplies and the tissues were not replaced.

We stayed at a hotel on the hills, which was pretty close to the city center of the town. the staff was very polite and mindful, and the breakfast was great. the housekeeper kept our room clean and warm, with a sauna nearby for relaxation.
The hotel lacked a water cooker in the rooms or even in the central room, making it hard to have warm drinks.
